Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we requirea receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable Goods: Plants, Flowers, Fruits, Vegetables, etc.
  • Food: Hot Sauce, Oil Infusions, Dried Herbs, Dried Seasonings, etc.
  • Gift Cards

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

First, check your bank account or credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please submit inquiries to contact@ridgetopgardens.com. We’d be happy to assist you in mitigating the issues to the best of our ability.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@ridgetopgardens.com.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee or accept responsibility for returned items that are not received.
